The hotel Ard na Sidhe is located in Killorglin, Ireland, six miles away from the town centre. Killarney train station is 19 miles away. Killarney is located 19 miles away from the hotel, is one of Ireland's most popular tourist destinations, filled with shops, pubs, and horse-drawn carts. Further highlights include the medieval Ross Castle, and Killarney National Park. The hotel occupies a Victorian-style country house built in 1913, and is set amid landscaped gardens filled with rare plants and flowers and a network of walking trails, leading to the edge of the Caragh Lake. The interior of the hotel is characterised by richly patterned fabrics and antique-style furnishings, and amenities include Internet access, room service during restaurant opening hours, a front desk with a safe-deposit box for securing valuables, and onsite complimentary parking.
