The Homestead Washington DC - Chantilly is conveniently located six miles from Dulles International Airport, 25 miles from Reagan National Airport, and 50 miles from Baltimore. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. A Daily Refresh housekeeping service is provided for nightly guests (1-6 nights) and weekly full housekeeping service is provided for extended stay guests (7+ nights). The daily refresh service includes replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed, and making bed with existing linens. The weekly full housekeeping service includes dusting, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning bathroom and kitchen (dishes are not washed), and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed. A cleaning fee will be charged per night. All guestrooms have full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and dining and cooking utensils.
